Tricks caught my eye.

A story about a Boston bulldog from 1923.

You know how sometimes you like a thing and you don't really know why?
That's kinda how I feel about this book cover.

Maybe it's because it is
punchy
and quicky
and a titch off balance
with a whole lot of hand-illustrated flair.

Whatever it is that grabbed my eye, I think it's great.

Now here is a bit of knowledge for you. (Because I can't be the only one pondering the author's name.)
The name Lebbeus means: A man of heart; praising; confessing.
Lebbeus is also a is genus of shrimp in the family Hippolytidae.
Does anyone else wonder about the people that named their baby Lebbeus?
