Brie Cheese


What is that you ask?
A dish that revolves around the soft Brie cheese.
Keith and I have been experimenting with what we call "exotic cheeses". Basically, that means anything besides Colby jack, Cheddar, and Mozzarella.

Ingredients: Brie cheese, potato, and crisp juicy apple.

Overall the cheese was delicious, the dish mediocre. We didn't have the proper seasoning. The upside: SUPER easy to make.
